ACADEMIC Trombone

With an Academica Series trombone, nothing stands in the way of the fun of making music. This series is characterized by a light feel, a round and clear sound and the best workmanship. An ideal instrument for first steps, but also for use in a band or orchestra

Trombone SIGNATURE

None other than legendary multi-instrumentalist James Morrison was the inspiration for the development of this model. Thanks to the 13.3 mm hole and the slightly smaller bell, the instrument is very mobile in all positions. Only an instrument with this uniqueness in sound and design deserves to bear the James Morrison name.

MEISTER trombone

The Meinster series was developed in collaboration with trombonists from the Vienna Symphony Orchestra (Otmar Gaiswinkler & Wolfgang Pfistermüller).
Otmar Gaiswinkler supported us with all his experience in the development of the tenor trombone.
This is how this particularly beautiful sounding instrument was created.

Otmar Gaiswinkler (Wiener Symphoniker) on the instrument:
“The new Aurora. With the new valve and other minor modifications to the instrument, the instrument has become a real stunner. The extreme ease of movement through all levels with great sound that can be shaped at the same time.
A hammer! That's how I imagine it. Sorry ... I don't know of any other instrument that even comes close! "

Alexander Pasolli on the instrument:
For about a year I have tried trombones from various manufacturers, but none of them come close to the ease of movement of the new Aurora. The tenor and alto trombones are particularly impressive for their incomparably easy response. The new valve, manufactured by Schagerl, also won me over immediately. Short path and open feeling despite the small design. I imagine it so! The best valve my thumb has ever heard. The modification with the silver crown gives the Aurora a voluminous and slightly darker sound and corresponds exactly to my concept of sound. At this point, I would also like to say a big thank you to my Professor Otmar Gaiswinkler, who developed this fantastic instrument in collaboration with other trombonists of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra. Thank you Otmar! (Alexander Pasolli, Brandenburg State Orchestra Frankfurt)
